At this time, The Body Shop Australia does not offer scheduled or date-specific delivery. While you're welcome to place an order in advance, we cannot guarantee delivery on a particular date, such as a birthday or special occasion. Orders are delivered based on our standard or express shipping timeframes. Standard delivery usually takes 1-5 business days, while Express delivery usually takes 1-3 business days. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours on business days, and express orders placed before 10:00am may be dispatched the same day if all items are in stock. Please note that deliveries to Queensland, Northern Territory, Western Australia, and remote or regional areas may take longer.
