Can I make changes to my online order after placing it?Updated 25 days ago

We understand that mistakes can happen, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to update your order before it is processed.

Can I edit my order after it has been placed?

Yes. Eligible online orders can be edited within 30 minutes of being placed.

Shortly after you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email containing a secure link that allows you to review and update your order details. This email is sent automatically after every order and may occasionally be filtered into your junk or spam folder, so please check there if you cannot find it in your inbox.

What changes can I make?

Using the order editing link, you can:

  • Update your shipping address
  • Apply a discount code
  • Change product quantities
  • Cancel your order
  • Update your contact information
  • Download your invoice

Which orders are eligible?

Order editing is available for online orders placed for home delivery/shipping only. The order editing feature is not available for:

  • Click & Collect orders
  • Corporate Gifting orders

What if I can't find my order editing email?

If you cannot locate your order confirmation email, please:

  • Check your junk or spam folder.
  • Search your inbox for the email address used to place your order.
  • Contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.
