How can I add loyalty points from a store receipt to a customer's account?Updated 18 hours ago
We are currently going through an upgrade of all our systems which impacts some services including earning points and redeeming vouchers in-store. We apologise for any inconvenience.
In the meantime, all in-store purchases will require you to upload your receipt in order to earn points. Receipts can be uploaded here.
Please note: In-store point redemption will be paused for six months, so you won’t be able to use your points for purchases in-store during this time.
