I cannot complete my registration, what do I need to do?

If you're having trouble completing your registration, we suggest you reach out to our Customer Care team, detailing the problem you've encountered. Our Customer Care team will be happy to assist.

How can I set up an account online?

To set up an account online just click on the the person icon, at the top of the page. You will then be displayed with a registration screen to create your account. If you already have an account with us, select 'Sign In'.

I don’t want to receive emails anymore, how do I unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. There are two ways you can do this. Either you can click on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the latest email you received and this will be updated in our details. Or, you can email Customer Car

How do I add loyalty points from an in-store purchase to my account?

We are currently going through an upgrade of all our systems which impacts some services including earning points and redeeming vouchers in-store. We apologise for any inconvenience. In the meantime, all in-store purchases will require you to upload

How can I obtain my birthday voucher code if I haven't received it via email?

Didn’t Receive Your Email?. Sometimes emails can end up in your spam or promotions folder, so it’s worth checking there first. If you still can’t find the email, don’t worry — you can access your voucher directly in your Love Your Body™ Club account.

How can I ensure my receipt is accepted for loyalty points addition?

To have your receipt accepted for the addition of loyalty points, it is important to provide a clear and high-resolution copy of the receipt. The receipt should be readable, showing the amount spent, date of purchase and the receipt number distinctly

What should I do if a discount code isn't working?

Ensure you are logged into your account at the time of purchase for the discount code to work correctly. If you're still encountering issues after confirming you are logged in, please let our Customer Care team know for further investigation.

Why didn't I receive my points or voucher?

If you are unable to find your points or voucher, it may be due to several reasons. Any points earned expire if there is no activity on your account for 12 months. Reward vouchers are valid for 3 months from their date of issue, and birthday vouchers
