The way you check your balance depends on the type of gift card you have:

E-Gift Card
Click the link in your gift card email. Enter your unique gift card code to view your current balance.

If you’re unable to check your balance or experience any issues, please contact our Customer Care team.

Physical Gift Card with a PIN
Visit our Gift Card Balance Checker and enter your card number and PIN.

Physical Gift Card without a PIN
Enter your gift card number in the Discount Code field at checkout online. The amount shown as deducted under the Gift Card line in your subtotal is the balance remaining on your card (see example image below).
