Do you sell gift cards?

Gift cards are currently unavailable for purchase online as we work to enhance your experience. Gift cards can be purchased in our stores. We appreciate your patience and look forward to offering them online again soon!

How do I redeem my gift card?

Gift cards are redeemed at the checkout by selecting "apply gift card" and entering your gift card number and PIN. Gift cards can also be redeemed in our stores.

How can I check my gift card balance?

Head to our Gift Cards page and enter your card number and PIN to check your balance: https://www.thebodyshop.com.au/pages/gift-cards

What happens if I don’t use the full balance in one go?

Any unused balance will remain on the card and can be used for future purchases until the expiry date.

Do The Body Shop Gift Cards expire?

Yes, The Body Shop Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.

Why is my gift card not applying in the checkout?

Please ensure your gift card number and PIN are entered correctly, exactly as they appear on your card. You can refresh your browser and try again if it has been entered incorrectly.

What payment types do you offer?
