How can I get missing points added to my account?Updated a month ago
There may be occasions where your account is missing points from an eligible purchase. This might be because your purchase was not linked to your member profile in-store, you were not logged into your account online, or because of a system issue.
If your order was paid for using a The Body Shop gift card and the points from your order appear to be missing, please contact us so we can add the points to your account.
Simply email our Customer Care team with your name, email address, and a copy of your receipt or order as proof of purchase. Once we verify your details and purchase, we'll credit the missing points to your account.
