Changed your mind? Eligible online orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed using our self-service order editing tool.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes. If your order was placed for home delivery/shipping, you can cancel it within 30 minutes of purchase.
Shortly after placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email containing a secure link that allows you to manage your order, including cancelling it.
Please note that order cancellation is only available during the 30-minute order editing window.
How to Cancel Your Order
- Open your order confirmation email.
- Click the View or Edit Order link.
- Review your order details.
- Select Cancel Order.
- Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
Once your cancellation has been successfully submitted, you will receive confirmation that your order has been cancelled.
I Can't Find My Order Confirmation Email
The order confirmation email is sent automatically after your purchase and may occasionally be delivered to your junk or spam folder.
If you cannot find the email:
- Check your junk or spam folder.
- Search your inbox using the email address used to place your order.
- Contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.
Are All Orders Eligible?
Order cancellation through the self-service order editing tool is available for online delivery/shipping orders only.
The following order types cannot be cancelled using this process:
- Click & Collect orders
- Corporate Gifting orders
What Happens After 30 Minutes?
After the 30-minute order editing window has passed, your order may have already entered processing and can no longer be cancelled through the self-service tool.
As our warehouse begins preparing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests submitted after this timeframe.
