If you need to cancel an online order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.

At this stage, all cancellation requests need to be submitted through our Customer Care team, who will review the request and advise whether the order can still be cancelled.

Please note that once an order has started being processed or has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to cancel it.
