As a Love Your Body™ Club member, you’ll receive a special treat from us on your birthday. Here’s how it works:
Receiving Your Birthday Voucher
On the day of your birthday, we’ll send you an email containing your unique birthday voucher code.
This code can be applied to your cart at checkout when shopping online.
Didn’t Receive Your Email?
Sometimes emails can end up in your spam or promotions folder, so it’s worth checking there first.
If you still can’t find the email, don’t worry — you can access your voucher directly in your Love Your Body™ Club account.
Finding Your Birthday Voucher in Your Account
Log into your account on our website.
Click on the Love Your Body™ Club tab in the menu bar.
Scroll down and select Rewards History.
Here you’ll see your birthday voucher code ready to use.
Once you have your code, simply enter it at checkout and enjoy your birthday treat!
Points and birthday redemption will temporarily be paused in stores from 18 March 2025.
You can still earn points during this period through your online account by uploading your receipt
• All existing points will still be valid
• All points expiry extended to 31 December 2025
• In-store redemption will resume from September
