Click & Collect Order Hold Period

When you place a Click & Collect order, we’ll hold your items in store for a set period to give you plenty of time to collect.

How long we hold your order

  • Your Click & Collect order will be held in store for 28 days from the date it’s picked.
  • During this time, your items are reserved just for you.

Reminder before cancellation

  • If your order hasn’t been collected after 21 days, you’ll receive a reminder email.
  • This email prompts you to either collect your order or request a cancellation if you no longer need it.

What happens after 28 days?

  • If your order hasn’t been collected within 28 days, it may be cancelled.
  • Once cancelled, the items are returned to store stock and will no longer be reserved.
  • Your funds will be refunded to your original payment method. They usually appear quite quickly, but please allow 2–5 business days for the refund to show in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Want to cancel earlier?

  • You can request a cancellation directly via the reminder email.
  • If you do, our Customer Care team will take care of the cancellation and notify the store.

Important to know!

  • Orders not collected within the 28-day hold period cannot be guaranteed once cancelled.
  • To avoid missing out, we recommend collecting your order as soon as you’re able.
