How to Earn Points for Leaving Product ReviewsUpdated 15 hours ago

Love Your Body™ Club members can earn points by sharing their product experiences. For every product review you leave, you’ll receive 25 points, up to a maximum of 125 points.

That means you can earn points for up to five reviews. Reviews beyond this limit are still welcome but won’t earn additional points.

How to Leave a Product Review

Follow these steps to leave a review on our website:

1. Open our website

• In your browser, go to thebodyshop.com.au.
• If you’re using Incognito or Private browsing, you can still leave a review. You may be asked to sign in first.

2. Find your product

• Use the top navigation menu or the search bar.
  Example: Haircare → Ginger Scalp Care Shampoo

3. Open the product page

• Click on the product name to open its page.

4. Go to the Reviews section

• Scroll down until you reach the Reviews area.
• Look for the Write a review or Leave a review button.

5. Sign in if prompted

• Log in with your The Body Shop account.
• If you don’t have an account yet, you can quickly create one using your email. This helps us ensure reviews are genuine.

6. Rate the product

• Choose the number of stars that best reflects your experience.

7. Add your review details

• Review title: A short headline that sums up your experience.

• Your review: Share what you liked, anything you didn’t, and how you used the product.

• If optional fields are available (such as skin type, hair type, or “would you recommend”), fill them in to help other customers.

8. Add photos or video (optional)

• If the form allows, you can upload images or videos to show the texture, packaging, or results.

9. Enter your display name and email

• Your display name will appear with your review.

• Your email is only used for confirmation and moderation. It won’t be published.

10. Accept the guidelines

• Tick any required boxes to confirm you agree to our review guidelines, then click Submit.

11. Confirmation

• You’ll see a confirmation message once your review is submitted.
• Reviews are published after moderation to help ensure feedback is helpful and authentic.

Important to Know

• You’ll earn 25 points per review, up to 125 points in total.

• Reviews must be submitted while logged into your Love Your Body™ Club account to qualify for points.

• Points may take a short time to appear in your account after moderation.
