When will my Love Your Body™ Club points expire?Updated a month ago

As long as you have made at least 1 purchase in a 12 month period, your points will remain valid, however, should you not shop in the 12 month period your points balance will be lost.

NOTE: Points redemption will temporarily be paused in stores from 18 March 2025.

You can still earn points during this period through your online account by uploading your receipt.

• All existing points remain valid.
• Points expiry has been extended until 31 December 2025.
• You’ll be able to redeem points in-store again from September 2025.

Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for points to be visible on your account.
