Why didn't I receive my points or voucher?Updated a month ago

If you are unable to find your points or voucher, it may be due to several reasons. Any points earned expire if there is no activity on your account for 12 months. 

Reward vouchers are valid for 3 months from their date of issue, and birthday vouchers expire one month from their date of issue. 

If you've made in-store purchases that are not reflected in your account, please send a copy of your receipt to our Customer Care team within 30 days of purchase and they will assist you.
