What is Endless Aisle?
Endless Aisle allows our store team to order products for you that may not currently be available in that store. The item will be fulfilled from our warehouse and sent directly to you or combined with products you are purchasing in-store.
What delivery options are available?
Ship to Customer: If the item you want isn't available in-store, our team can place an order and have it shipped directly from our warehouse to your chosen address. Ship & Carry Out: If you're purchasing multiple items and some are available in-stor
Will I pay for shipping?
Standard shipping is complimentary for Endless Aisle orders fulfilled from our warehouse. Express shipping is not currently available, and all warehouse-fulfilled items will be sent using our standard delivery service. Please note that Endless Aisle
Can I take some items home today and have the rest delivered later?
Yes. With our Ship & Carry Out option, you can take any in-stock items with you immediately while the remaining, out-of-stock item(s) are sent directly from our warehouse.
How long will delivery take?

Depending on the products ordered and how they are fulfilled, your order may arrive in separate deliveries.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your warehouse-fulfilled item(s) have been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use the tracking link provided to follow your order's progress and view the latest delivery updates.
Can I return or exchange an Endless Aisle item?
Yes. Endless Aisle purchases can be returned or exchanged (subject to stock availability) either in-store or via post in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please retain your proof of purchase. Click here to view our Returns Policy.
Can I use promotions and discounts on Endless Aisle orders?
Eligible promotions, discounts and loyalty rewards can be applied to Endless Aisle orders in the same way as other purchases, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms and conditions. Our Promotional Terms & Conditions can be found here.
Will I earn loyalty points on Endless Aisle purchases?
Yes. Eligible Endless Aisle purchases will earn loyalty points in line with our Love Your Body™ Club loyalty program terms and conditions.
What if my delivered item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Can I cancel or change my Endless Aisle order after it has been placed?
Once an Endless Aisle order has been submitted for fulfilment, we are able to make changes or cancel it. Please reach out to our Customer Care team for assistance.
